Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance also known as clear seeing, is the ability to see with your mind, to see beyond the physical world and into the spiritual realm.

It’s interpreting the information and messages we sense into visuals, this can include seeing vivid images, spirits, and receiving messages from other dimensions. It goes beyond the five main senses and allows you to perceive things that are not normally visible.

Signs you’re Clairvoyant

  • You have vivid dreams or see things that you’ve already seen in your dream.
  • You see repeated symbols or images that have meaning for you.
  • You see images in your mind clearly, maybe images seems to pop in your mind out of nowhere!
  • You can see auras (colours of energy around, people, animals or plants.)
  • You see light sparkles, symbols, colours, angel numbers.
  • You have a strong imagination and often daydream.
  • You see shadows out the corner of your eye.
  • You like visually creative hobbies

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then your clairvoyant ability is active!

How do you develop your clairvoyance abilities?

Using your intuitive senses is a natural part of who you are and everyone has and uses them to to some degree. They can be somewhat subtle at times, so it can take some self awareness to know what it is you’re receiving.

Like anything though, with a little practice you will soon fine tune these abilities. Here are some ideas to help get you started.

Meditate

One way to develop your clairvoyance is to meditate regularly. All you need is around 10-15 minutes per day. Meditation helps you ease the flow of a busy mind, allowing you to become more receptive to messages from the spiritual realm.

A lot of people find meditation hard, so if that’s you, don’t panic – there are many different ways to meditate and it doesn’t have to be all about sitting on the spot in silence. The focus is to be present in the now, so find something that takes you out of the “thinking” chatter, what natural clears your mind?

Maybe going for a jog, painting, gardening or having a bath. Find a method that works best for you and do your best to stick with it!

There could also be a certain time of day that suits you best and allows for a better meditation. First thing in the morning or last thing at night for example. If you’re not sure yet, try a few different routines and take it from there.

Top Tip! You may find it useful to journal out all thoughts out of your head before you meditate. Get it all out, whatever comes to mind. Then you have a better chance of meditating without your mind chatter interrupting your intuitive messages.

Visualisation

Another great way to develop your clairvoyance abilities is to practice visualization (forming images in your mind.) To visualize, simply close your eyes and imagine an object, a room in your home, a loved one, your ideal holiday destination!

A good way to start is to find a small object in your home, study it – take a really good look at it, then place it down. Now close your eyes and try to visualise that object in your mind. Picture what it looked like, the size, colour(s) and shape. What details did it have?

Try to make the visualization as clear and detailed as you can. The more you practice this exercise, the more details you will get, so keep going!

You could also try this idea. Ask a question like, “what should I have to drink, cranberry or orange juice?” Now close your eyes and see what your intuition shows you (did you see an image of cranberry or orange juice?) Go with that one!

Pay attention to your dreams

Keep a note of your dreams, as this is often an easy way for you to receive clairvoyant messages. Dreams are often symbolic, so keeping note of what happened really helps when it comes to deciphering them!

Find out there meanings and keep a note of that too. It may even be useful to note what things have been happening in your life while you experience these dreams as there may be guidance there to support you.

Ask your spirit guides and angels for assistance

Everyone has a team in spirit that are always with you and want nothing more than to support you in every aspect of life, you just need to recognise their signs of communication!

Don’t worry if you don’t know if you have a spirit guide (you do) or you’ve never connected to your guide before and don’t know who they are. Just like angels, spirit guides are there ready to help you regardless, all you have to do is ask for help in this area (literally.)

Simply set the intention and ask your spirit team to help you develop your clairvoyant abilities. Ask if they please send you a sign in the best way for you to receive it.

Be specific. You could ask for a flower like a red rose as a sign, or a yellow butterfly. Then pay attention over the next few days and see if you start seeing it cropping up frequently – in person, images online, in your dreams, anywhere!

Practice Seeing Auras

Practicing on your own hand – put your hand out in front of you, palm facing inwards and have a white or cream coloured wall or door in the background. Focus on the tip of your middle finger.

Or if practicing on a person, have them stand in front of this wall and focus on the centre of their forehead.

Now let your gaze soften, relax your focus as you look at that point – you’re trying to see more than you can see here! You will start to notice a glow of light around the outline of their head. This is their aura!

There are many exercises that can help your development and these are just a few of the most popular and effective methods. Experiment, have fun with it and keep practice regularly. Soon enough you will be amazed at the progress you can make!

How do you ground yourself?

Grounding is becoming more and more vital in this day and age and spending time in nature does just that. Nature has so many amazing benefits, not only is it incredibly healing, but it also keeps you grounded.

Being grounded is essential to your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing (whether developing your intuitive abilities or not) It helps you come from a place of calm and stability.

You may often hear the term “grounded” but what exactly does it mean?

Being grounded means being fully present in the now, connecting your body back to your roots – mother earth.

When you are surrounded by the beauty and bliss of nature you feel more connected to the natural world, yourself (you are very much a part of nature after all) and the spiritual realm. So let nature inspire you and help you connect with your intuition even more.

Spend time walking in forests, down by the sea, sitting by rivers or up in the mountains – whatever place you feel naturally drawn to, even spending time in your own garden.

The places you’re drawn to are you natural element charge. You will be beautiful grounded there, sweet soul and your intuition will evolve to new levels! I have an excellent guide on how to use and strengthen your intuition here
